What Our Customers are saying

Should I choose granite or quartz countertops?

Granite and quartz are both natural stone, but they aren’t made the same and have different properties.

CONSIDER THESE POINTS OF COMPARISON:

GRANITE COUNTERTOPS

  • Natural stone, cut as a single slab
  • Very heat-resistant, up to 1200 degrees
  • Harder, more scratch-resistant than quartz
  • Each stone is one of a kind

Quartz COUNTERTOPS

  • Manufactured from crushed natural stone and polymers
  • Heat-resistant up to 400 degrees
  • Non-porous, does not need to be sealed
  • More consistent color, and more options on the lighter spectrum
